Refund policy

We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. You will have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. 

All items returned must meet the following criteria: 

  • Items must be unused and in as new condition. 
  • Original tags must be intact, and all packaging must be undamaged. 
  • All items must be free of dog hair, signs of wear, and odours. 
  • If your items are returned in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted, and the items will be made available for return to you at your cost.

For items purchased directly from FELL DOG® (this includes from felldog.com and trade events):  

All return/exchanges requests must be made by firstly emailing us at (Please include any relevant photos) bark@felldog.com The postage bag that your online goods arrived in, is reusable. Please use this to return your item.  

For a size exchanges for items purchased via our website - please firstly email us at the above address. Then go ahead and place a new order via our website. We will refund your £3.50 postage for the replacement size of the same product only.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • UK customers that were eligible for free shipping and are returning a FULL order will be deducted the original postage cost from their refund. 

  • For a size exchange of the same product, purchased directly from our online store, we will refund £3.50 for the return postage. 

  • For all other items you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
